To start the process, please call 604.904.9778 for an appointment. Alternatively, you can email us and be sure to include the following details: your wedding date, the date you'd like to receive your invitations, the quantity required, and when (generally) you wish to meet with us. We will then get back to you to set up an initial one hour consultation to discuss the possibilities.
Subsequently, we will set up another appointment to review the design that has been created for you, finalize the details, and make any necessary adjustments. Please note that a $75 deposit for the design process is required at the first meeting. This fee will be credited to you and applied against your order when you agree on the design and finalize your order.
As appointments are available on a limited basis, we kindly request that any cancellations are made a minimum of 24 hours when possible. Custom made invitations start at $6.00 each and orders are pre-paid in full. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis.
